I visited this dental office in April 2023 after moving to the area and being referred by a friend. Initially, the service seemed fine—until the dentist informed me that I had a cavity and needed to return for treatment. This was surprising, as I’ve never had a cavity before. Trusting my instincts, I returned to my previous dentist for a second opinion, who confirmed that I did not have a cavity. Because of this discrepancy, I chose not to return to this office and continued care with my trusted dentist. However, a new concern arose this week when I received an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) showing a Pre-Treatment Estimate charge submitted by this dental office—without my knowledge or consent. Before today, I hadn’t been to the dentist in what I’m guessing is about 10 years as I truly don’t have an exact date. I’ve been scared of what returning might cause me to confront, and although there is work to be done, I never once felt judged or criticized for the care that I need. Instead I was met with quick processing, kind faces, supportive care, and a very well educated team. I feel very thankful to have a place where I can feel comfortable and safe!!

Dr. Diana and her team have been my ONLY dental team for years. Dr. D is always to gentle with me and goes above and beyond to ensure that I’m comfortable. She’s amazing, and I could ramble all day long… but you’re only going to know for sure after your visit. Tell her I referred you!

I was a long time patient of this practice. I liked Dr. D. And her staff was great. Then she got a new office manager that out of nowhere said I owed $1000.00 after not being there for 2 years. They never gave me a bill. Basically. If I never called. I would’ve never owed. And then threatened to take me to collections. I was able to negotiate for half. But after that. I would never trust this place ever again. Do not go here. You might get ripped off

I was a long-term patient of Dr. D for 15 years while living in Vegas. 15 months ago, I moved away and happened to be back in town visiting. I developed a sudden toothache, and she was my first call. She worked me in immediately, talked through treatment options, set me up with what I needed for the next 20 days on the road, and checked in with me later that day. She's the best dentist (nice, caring, informative, patient, attentive, etc.) ever!
