Dr.Brenda Simpson

The Dr is very kind and patient, the nurses are awesome. The only thing i would say is the front desk staff can be a bit rude and unprofessional when you are waiting to check in or out.

We scheduled an appointment to see Dr. Simpson and we ended up seeing her assistant which was super sweet and friendly anyway but I feel like the mole concern should’ve been checked by the actual Dermatologist! I’m still not 100% sure my daughter’s mole is nothing.

The staff for Dr Simpson informed me that Dr Simpson does not treat acne. When attempting to clarify if Dr Simpson treats acne or not , I was passed through these individuals: scheduler, Carrie who said she is the manager, and another person who claims they are also a manager Bertha. I was told they think I won’t like this clinic because of their way of communicating and I should find another clinic to take care of my son. I’m sure Dr Simpson is a great dermatologist, but you have to get through her rude staff that divert potential patients to seek care elsewhere.

Dr. Brenda Simpson is an excellent , knowledgeable, patient & caring dermatologist. Their front desk’s staff were extremely unprofessional. Suggested that they purchase a couple kiosk’s and use Zocdoc to replace the front desk staff.

The best. Our 8 year old developed 5 moles in the face for the last 3 years, she took a biopsy of one, painless. Dr. Brenda Simpson speaks English y habla español.
