I have quite a few knots on my shoulders and back and arthtlritis in my hands. She does a great job working the knots and massaging my hands. She knows her muscle groups very well and knows where to apply the right amount of pressure to release the knots. I am very tenderized this morning! Thank you!

I went for a massage about a week ago on a Sunday Afternoon. . The massage was marginal but adequate. However when I went to pay out I paid a customary tip. The female massage person person at the counter very rudely and aggressively demanded I pay her an additional tip. I was frankly a bit afraid of her. I paid the extra amount out of concern for my welfare. There was no one else there. She then began cursing me in a language I did not understand. I personally will never go back for another massage there. What a hateful and very frightful person. Too bad the location is in a nice area. The owner should seek out mental health care for their employees with anger issues or if it was the owner, for themselves. DO NOT GO HERE! Extremely rude and unprofessional. The front desk lady couldn't understand my clear English and got mad and stormed off. I was completely confused on what was happening, as I said nothing wrong or rude. I was very polite and just asked about the services they offered. Like acupuncture, cups, deep tissue etc. When she got back from her anger rant she just waved her hand at me to leave. I left confused and appalled. How are they even still in business with that amount of unprofessionalism?
