A little line at the gate but they kept it moving pretty fast. Got assigned to a door fast and loading was pretty fast.. people was friendly.. the reaaon for the 2 star.. my rate con said wt should been 38k. After loading and i got bols there was no wt on it. I asked and was told it just didnt print but wt was 28k. I asked again because of the diffrence in amounts and loaded assured me that it was only 28. Should have been a red flag but... did not wt because of 28k..mistake!!! so i rolled with it tring to get home Yeah it wasnt 28k lbs when i got to OK scale house it was almost 3k over wt on my trailer total wt was almost 82k. Had to bond at wt station costing 500.00.. the wt station said they avg 2 to 4 drivers from dr pepper getting over wt tickets a week.. IDC WHAT THEY TELL YOU WHEN

I am not a truck driver nor do I work here, so don’t take my review too seriously. I just love that you can see the giant Dr.Pepper cans from the road!! It’s definitely a fun roadside attraction and a must see if you’re a huge Dr.Pepper lover such as myself! Fun photo opp that’s for sure!

I came here for 1 PM appointment to pick up a load. They say a power outage that I have to wait on the street and they will call me but it’s been six hours. No one called me and I’m still waiting. I walked to the checking point and asked. They told me I have still four truck ahead of me now is 6 PM that’s six hours waiting. I don’t understand why make an appointment and you have to wait 6 to 8 hours nine hours if a truck don’t move. We do not make money, especially this time during the holiday that we need extra money for our kids and some other things but one thing for sure I will never never come back here even if they pay 80 $90 a mile it is mentally Ankush make you hate your job. Believe me stay away from this place it’s not worth it!!!! They must have incompetent management and lazy C

Everything went well. Got assigned a door one hour before my appointment time. Loaded in less than two hours. Employees were friendly and professional. Did park on the street for a bit. There are signs not to park there, but thinking it's mostly to prevent overnight parking and local drivers from parking there for time off, or dropping empties.

Check in 1 hour before your appointment time. Trucks backed from entrance all the way to the street. Once at location check in forms must be filled out. You will then be asked to make a u-turn exit the premises and park on the street and wait for them to call you once a dock is available. For me 3 hrs total including load times. There are signs posted on the street for no standing parking at anytime. They did provide a sheet stating to park somewhere else though.
