Dr. Tack will work with you to optimize your health and wellness. It should be mandatory for all PCP's to conduct hormone panels at every annual physical when a patients is 35 or over. Suffering because of low hormone levels is not necessary, and Dr. Tack will get you feeling 20 years younger. Quicker than you might think.

This was the most bizarre doctor’s visit that I ever had. It was uncomfortably entertaining…. I honestly thought it was a hidden camera show and I was waiting for cast of practical jokers to appear. I’m going to pay my bill just because It was awesomely awkward. I don’t typically write reviews but I would suggest potential patients to look elsewhere for medical advice. However, it would make a fun date night with guaranteed high jinks and hilarious mishaps. 5 stars for the entertainment but 0 stars for medical experience. I will be back!

Had a wonderful experience at Dr Tacks office. The team was very welcoming and delightful. Dr Tack is amazing and really helping me with getting back to where I need to be. I feel I am in great hands!

I had good experience in the past with Groupon that’s why I went back for IV therapy ! The staff is nice they try but the doctor himself has some attitude problems ! He acts like a big boss orders around his employees 0 engagement with his patients !! Twice I showed up to my appointment only to be told that I’m not in the schedule !!! No apology nothing !!! I’m standing right in front “the Doctor” and he communicates with me trough his front desk person like I was not worth speaking to because I came with iv groupon ! He told the front desk lady to tell me Groupon is no longer accepted Mrs . Doctor I’m right here I don’t need interpreter !!!!The culmination was when he had mercy on my Groupon and said it will accepted but…. They cloudnt find a vain he kept rushing the nurse , he walke

He was very detail oriented and went through my whole medical history pointing out conditions that must be addressed and treated. I really appreciated the concern he shows towards his patients. I highly recommend him.
