Dr. Giles is in the right place...her chosen profession was a calling from what I witnessed. Dr. Giles is totally relatable & exceeds in knowledge re: her patients. She knows people...is pleasant...positive & stays around to make certain her patients understand her directives. I left her office so much happier than I entered! I had my first visit with Dr. Giles today. Dr. Giles was very personable and thorough in her exam. She made me feel very comfortable and was very easy to talk to. I will definitely be going back and very glad I found a new doctor in the Houston area. I’d recommend anyone looking for a caring doctor to visit with Dr. Giles. Her staff were also super nice and friendly.

I have been a patient of Dr. Giles for about a year an a half. As someone who has been chronically ill since the age of 12, becoming Dr Giles’s patient has shown me what a primary care physician should be doing. She goes above and beyond for me in ways that make me feel seen and validated. She truly cares about every single one of her patients and helps us manage our conditions with dignity, knowledge, and respect. I hate that’s taken over 20 years for she and I to cross paths, but I am so thankful that we have. I know it’s largely due to her plan of care that I am still among the land of the living!

Dr. Giles is such a knowledgeable physician and just all around radiant person. She never tries to pump you with a bunch of medication but offers alternative natural supplements to fight what may be ailing you. I love that she tries to stifle away from those side effects. She’s AWESOME!!!

I received a bill from this place. I have never been there or even heard of this company. After two months of trying to get a hold of someone to get some information on this bill, some called me back today Aug 8, 2025 at 1:00pm. I explained that I don’t know anything about this bill, I have never been there, and for ALL of my health needs, I go to the VA hospital. Not only was she rude and nasty, she couldn’t explain what the appointment was being made for. She said all she know is that it’s my information and that I was a no show, and was expecting me to pay this bill…..I think this place is a scam. Beware. It seems you didn’t understand the review. You’re telling me about your policy, I NEVER made an appointment with your office and I explained that to the nasty person who called me. Ov
