DPR General Dentistry

I am a physical therapist that works around the corner from the Lockport location, referred by a coworker of mine. A lot of people at my office raved about DPR.. and it had been a little while since I had a steady dentist. From the moment I walked in, was processed and treated, it was indeed a flawless experience. My teeth and gums look and feel great. Staff were kind and honest. I would gladly recommend any of my patients to DPR if they are in need of good dental care!

I have been a patient since the 1990s! You really can’t go wrong here at all!

My husband and I have been with the business for close to 40 years and I am sad to say it's not what it use to be. My main concern is the amount of cancelations I get for our appointments. It's always some lame excuse about the hygienist, and the call I got yesterday canceling yet another appointment is the last. Moving on to someone new and hopefully someone that can keep an appointment. I don't have a schedule that can take a last minute reschedule that accommodates this office every time my 6 month appointment comes up. I also haven't seen a hygienist more than twice in years, there is a constant rotation of employees. My schedule requires requesting time off for this as my schedule is constantly changing so having to constantly accommodate this office every time they cancel is ridiculo

The staff at Drs. Dick, Potempa and Riad are very kind, caring, friendly and compassionate when cleaning and checking your teeth. They always go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. I went there as a kid and my wife and children now go there as well. We are always very pleased with their services and the entire staff is great!

I came in to get some fillings done with Dr. Waples. She was great. Very gentle, didn’t even feel my shot. I would recommend this office and Dr. Waples to anyone! Thank you!
