I used to love this hospital. I now live in NJ but have to come here for a blood draw once a week before work. EVERY TIME I COME HERE THERE IS ONE PERSON WORKING. There are about ten people ahead me and I’m probably going to be late to work AGAIN. It’s EVERYWHERE and now at our hospitals. I’m so tired of lazy, unmotivated people! I can’t stand my job but I’m still on time and work my butt off!

Was in ER this past Saturday for extremely high blood pressure.and swelling of lower extremities,After I checked in went to get EKG and blood work then sent back to packed ER. Waited 3 hours in waiting room the was put in E R room. After about an hour or so PA came to talk to me and basically said and I quote ‘your blood pressure is coming down a quite frankly you are not our top priority”. Another PA came in and asked questions, sent me for cat scan and ultrasound on legs then said all tests are normal Long story short after spending 7 hours in ER, given no fluids, no IV and no medicine I was discharged, told to follow up with family doctor. At discharge my blood pressure was 159/83 entered ER with BP of 148/89. How did my pressure go down. After reading through discharge papers there w

The worst ER experience we have ever had! We waited nine hours in the waiting room with our daughter in excruciating pain. She was offered no help! When we were finally moved to the back, there was no one in sight… No nurses, empty beds everywhere and she was never even offered an ice pack let alone IV fluids or any pain medicine. The doctor actually said that unless you were dying, they “do not care!” We left on our own. Totally inhumane treatment.

Do not bother using the contact form they respond to each negative review with. I chose not to leave a review initially but instead filled out the form. It’s been almost two weeks, no response. They genuinely do not care. I brought my relative in with stroke-like symptoms. The intake nurse was prompt and kind. His ER nurse messed up drawing blood, he said “oops”, and never came back again. The ER doctor was obviously not equipped to give out a stroke diagnosis, however he also never came back after we first came in. He said we’ll run some tests. We never saw either one of them again until it was shift change 6 hours later. He was admitted, but a mri test was not available until 34 hours after we arrived. In that time, the nuerologist came to his room twice, both times saying he may be ha

I was here with my mother in law on Friday and waited for 5 hours and left. we had to come back on Monday and waited for 4 hours to be taken back to a room!!! needless to say we were not to happy!!! her nurse Matthew Beitler was absolutely 100 % amazing!!! He was kind and really listened to what we had to say and our concerns. If everyone was like him it would make the visit to a hospital much better. He deserves a raise and much more so thank you Matthew!!!!! You will not be forgotten!!!!!
