Front desk/receptionist staff that I spoke to via phone to schedule a new patient visit was extremely rude, snippy, and short. She was not the slightest bit helpful whatsoever and basically hung up on me. Not sure how the doctors are here, but for the people/person that answer the phones - I won’t be scheduling a visit here now. So unacceptable and unnecessary

Our whole family sees Karen Denucci, MA and she is absolutely amazing. Anytime any of us have any concerns, she always seems to know immediately how to address it. The nursing staff is also fantastic with returning calls and addressing concerns.

I’ve been a patient in this practice for over 20 years. Recently, I had a physical with Dr. Hemple. Super friendly doctor very knowledgeable! Today I had a respiratory issue I’ve been battling with for two weeks. Extremely efficient office staff got me a same-day appointment with Dr. McCormick. Spent quality time listening to me and diagnosing the issue. I am extremely happy and thankful for the excellent patient care I have received!

No one bothers to call you back. I have left 3 messages to get the results of a test involving a heart monitor. I received a summary from the hospital the next day. I need someone to interpret it for me. It’s been close to 3 weeks. Obviously don’t care.

When I got my new insurance I was sad to leave my old doctor because they didn’t take it but I’m very happy that I found this new place. I had Virginia Fischer and she was an absolute breath of fresh air from the moment she walked into the room to take care of me. She was very kind and caring and thorough. Her personality is very upbeat and it was a great doctor visit experience! Normally doctors are usually in a hurry to get out of the room and onto another patient but I didn’t feel that way with her. She really took the time. And the front desk gals were very kind and sweet as well. I’m happy with this new place being my new doctor. 😊😊
