I've been going to this location since I was a teenager. I don't go often because I'm on a HSA plan and don't have any major problems. Despite being a patient for decades, I was told today that if I wanted to make an appointment, since I hadn't been in for three years, they'd be treating me as a new patient, and I couldn't be seen for at least a month. Not nice.
I dont get the negative reviews. I have been a patient for a long time and Ive never ever had a bad experience. Katie is amazing and has been there for me through everything no matter what. The Staff is GREAT! This is by far the best practice for miles around. I travel here from Newtown Square, that should tell you how awesome they are.
I’m surprised by the low reviews. Sure, medical offices can get busy and service isn’t always perfect, but I’ve had excellent care with Dr. Welsh and her team. The nurses and prescription staff are great, and Dr. Welsh listens closely, digs into details, and genuinely cares. I always feel well looked after by her and her team. And my husband feels the same.
My whole family sees Katy Kingsbury. Love this practice. They always answer the phone, call back, and very friendly! Opposite of my last practice. Everyone here is great!!!- Jennifer
Let me start by saying I have been coming to this practice since 2019. I continued to go because I know how difficult it is to find quality care, and Emily Kulesza, CRNP is a fantastic practitioner. However, everything else about this practice is horrendous. I honestly don’t know where to start with the issues and sincere neglect that I’ve experienced. I don’t even want to get into the time I had COVID and called to speak to someone about receiving care, twice, and nobody called me back. I called a third time and they said my care options were no longer viable and I had to wait it out. The front desk staff is extremely incompetent and don’t follow through. I went to get my records to finally switch practices for good, and after speaking with the practice manager and being assured they’d be
