So this review comes with such a pleasant surprise that this treatment turned out to be! I have spent the past year worrying about treating a annoying hemorrhoid...the decided to creep up after my 3rd child. I was warned from people that its not a tolerable experience??? Gosh, I must say, ITS NO BIG DEAL literally took 30 seconds to band it and off I went! I felt very comfortable not only with my initial intake process with their MA (not remembering her name darn it) but then the PA-C, Meghan Gentile, who I next met with, and proceeded with treatment. My wife had an appointment with Megan. She was very impressed with the visit . She is very knowledgeable but is also very personable and friendly. She was not rushed for time and explained everything. The nurses and office staff were very nice. My wife was seen at the correct time for her appointment without an extended wait. It was a very positive experience. Highly recommend this office.

I would highly recommend Dr. Akbari and the staff. I recently had abdominal surgery and he explained everything verbally and also wrote down how he was going to do the surgery. I never felt rushed and answered any questions that my husband and I had. He is a great surgeon and he genuinely cares about his patients . The staff is always willing to help me with any questions or concerns I have.

I recently was concerned after one of those mail order kits for a colonoscopy was inconclusive. Understandably, I was nervous. I went and got an exam and luckily everything turned out. Okay, I was struck by the easy manner and professionalism exhibited by the staff. It took an understandably anxious situation and turned it into a relief. If further intervention was necessary, I would have complete confidence in using this exceptional practice.

The day of my appointment I was contacted at 8:30 for a 9:15 appointment that the doctor will not be available until 9:45. I was already on my way and was seen at 10 ( so 45 minutes late). The doctor apologized and explained that he was called in to the hospital, so I am guessing that this could happen again with future appointments. The doctor did a great job, which is why I am not giving a one star review. However, when this practice was one doctor, Dr. Gentile, I had a much better experience, which is why I drove out of my way. But after this appointment and from reading other reviews of this new practice with multiple doctors, I don't think it's worth it anymore. Keeping appointment times is important to me, and I do not appreciate the practice sharing doctors with the hospital at the
