Downtown Dental Associates

This was the best dental experience I have ever had in my life time. The hygienist was so thorough . She had such a great spirit about her. Then Ms Anderson is the greatest too. I got the same great service from the receptionist too! If you need a pleasant dental experience I suggest you give these folks a visit. I found them in May of 2025. It is a joy to be a patient of this office.

I absolutely adore this office! The friendly staff greets you with a warm smile as soon as you step inside. I also appreciate the strong support system among the dental hygienists. The office is spotless, and parking is a breeze. I have nothing but positive things to say about my office visit it. Told me I had a cavity, went for a 2nd opinion 6 months later at a new dentist with new X-rays and had no issues & no cavities. The office was all over the place when I went in. They rushed me in and out. Dentist wasn’t every thorough, and brushed it off that I had a cavity. I wouldn’t go here and if I did I would constantly want to get a 2nd opinion. I also couldn’t get anyone on the phone to send my previous records to the new dentist & neither could the new dentist office. Office was very old and outdated. The chair I sat in was awful and had a rip/hole in it. I wouldn’t recommend this dentist office.

I was extremely pleased with my visit. After being told from a different office that I needed 4 separate cleanings, root scaling and more. That would have cost me alot of money, even with insurance. I was shocked when I went into Downtown Dental to find out all I needed was 1 cleaning, that I did not have periodontal disease, didn't need deep root scaling, nor did I need 4 total visits. I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. Everyone was professional and courteous. I saved a ton of money. I left with a sense of relief and my teeth felt and looked like a million bucks. Highly recommend Downtown Dental.
