First visit to Downeast Massage Therapy today (just moved to area). Scheduling was easy and I was able to make an appointment within a day or so of first reaching out. Art was a great massage therapist—really helped with my neck and shoulder issues. I left feeling relaxed and calm and mobility was improved. The space is calming and lovely, too. Would recommend!
I had a wonderful treatment from Art about a week ago. Very professional. Atmosphere is clean and organized. Happy to have found someone in the area! I am ready to try the other massage therapist( Art’s wife) so I have 2 to choose!
The best massage I've ever had. Megan is a skilled and knowledgable practioner with a deep understanding of the body/mind/spirit connection. She not only freed up my lower back but also gave me resources, yoga poses, and advice to continue to integrate active recovery into my every day routine. I wish she lived in Brooklyn!
Art Lindemannis is a skilled therapist. He is experienced, tactful, quiet, peaceful, and very gentle. I always feel better after a treatment with him, and can move far more easily and comfortably.
