I have been going to this practice for over 30 yrs. The service i received here has been great. I go to the same Dr. She knows if there is something wrong before I even speak. She is more than Dr. Is is also invested in your well being. I have trusted her from the beginning and SHE will also be up front with you. I wish more Dr's. had the same bedside manners as she does. Honest, compassion and concerned about her patients. I hope she will NEVER leave. I have so much gratitude for this loving lady. Thank you Dr. Shalini Shah. I have been a patient of this practice for almost 30 years. My family has always trusted this office and the doctors have been nothing short of wonderful. That is why today’s experience was extremely disappointing. During my visit with my 4-year-old son, who is on the autism spectrum, he became excited about the Christmas decorations in the lobby. He looked at the tree, counted the stars, pointed at a color he liked, and gave a gentle high-five to the inflatable Santa and snowman. He did not damage, disrupt, or mishandle a single decoration. He was simply being an excited child. Despite this, a receptionist or nurse someone I have never seen in all my decades coming here—walked out and very rudely told me not to let my son touch the decorations. My family and I have been going there for years. The service is outstanding. We actually moved away but still go here because the quality of care we recieve, despite the hour drive. We've seen all the providers over the years and they're great. My primary PA Whaley is great, always on point and happy to help.

I have been going to DFP for about 7 years now, historically a patient of Dr. Fletcher. I’m not sure why I haven’t written a review sooner, but after today’s visit I knew it was time. Dr. Fletcher is one of the most genuine physicians I’ve had in my entire life. He not only cares for but also cares about his patients. Your time with him during appointments is meaningful, he practices shared decision making, and you are never rushed. Preventative tasks and acute care complaints always entail a discussion — not a dictation. I don’t know what I would do without Dr. Fletcher as my PCP as he is truly irreplaceable.
