Dove Family Dentistry - Riverdale

I was in so much pain , called Riverdale office and the front desk receptionist was so professional. She took her time with me to see what my problem consisted of. Offered me to walk-in and I did. When I got there, 2 ladies were up front and both so pleasant and smiling faces. The wait was not long at all and patients were coming in and out all pleased. Dr. Robinson saw me in a timely matter and was so gentle when examining my mouth. I was scheduled ti gone back 2 date later for my deep cleaning. I was very pleased with their welcome process!!!

My visit was very pleasant. I made an appointment, but due to toothache pain I went several days earlier as a walk in. I didn't have to wait long at all, staff was friendly and the dentist Erica Robinson was kind, friendly and cordial. She informed me of my options. I felt welcomed and I will be recommending Dove Family Dentistry Bennington on Riverdale to my family and friends.

I'm extremely nervous with dentists but Dr. Erica Robinson had the sweetest spirit and demeanor. She talked me through everything, reviewed the plan of action, down to how stress can settle in your teeth. She made me feel comfortable from beginning to end!! The staff was kind and friendly!! They were busy but no one felt like an afterthought!! It was a great experience, so much so that my mom decided she's switching to Dove! Thank you Dove for renewing my faith in dentistry!!

I went in last Thursday only expecting to get an exam and antibiotics because I was a new patient. But the pain I was in my doc said she wanted to go head and pull them..Dr. Robinson, was a God send..She pulled my teeth with ease no pain, no pressure she was gentle and got me together! I thank her and her assistant for everything, 10/10 I highly recommend.
