Dr. Nguyen is amazing. He is a truly dedicated professional. He is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, and empathetic. I feel so blessed to have him as my gastroenterologist. Highly recommended.
Caught my 50 ulcers in stomach and treated them. Colonoscopy went smooth too. Healed perfectly. Dr nguyen did his residency at Mayo Clinic Rochester and it shows. Very personable and even funny.
This office is terrible. Before I could speak with the doctor they verified my insurance. Once verified an appointment was made. We had a 20 minute video chat and the doctor said I needed a colonoscopy. Bill arrived for the video chat and I was charged $447, an outrageous amount. EOB said I owed $185 which was paid promptly. Providence has continued to balance bill me for the $262 that my EOB clearly shows I do not owe. We are at a standstill. Found another doctor to do the colonoscopy since I have no trust in this medical group.
Dr. Nguyen is very friendly and efficient. I feel confident in his expertise.
