Douglas Miller, DO at OSMS

I had such a wonderful experience from start to finish. I never had a surgery before, so I was a little hesitant and had lots of questions (had THR on both hips). Everyone from Dr. Miller, his nurses at the Oshkosh clinic and everyone at the OSMS surgery center in the Fox Cities were very easy to talk with and made me feel at ease. I highly recommend!

OSMS has an excellent support staff from the receptionist to the nurses and nursing assistants. Dr. Miller is very good too. He had a kind manner while being encouraging about my progress. Although he was running late, he was apologetic and I understood that each patient he saw before me had received the time needed.

I would have rated it 5 stars, but it was 55 minutes after my appointment time before I saw the doctor. My time is valuable, too.

Dr.Miller saw me as an add on at end of his morning clinic. So kind, and pleasant. Up front and helped me with my problem. Would highly recommend Dr.Miller for knee replacement surgery! He is excellent and caring. Does not rush the visit either. Very thorough!

Dr. Miller was very informative and helpful with what needs to be done. Made me feel comfortable when talking to him. Also took his time to explain what the x-rays showed. Very happy with Dr. Miller, he doesn't push you into doing things now. He wants you to take time and decide what I want him to do.
