My husband has been under my insurance for 4 years. I called to make an appointment and the girl says she couldn’t verify his insurance but refused to use my name and DOB to validate. I am the primary insured and he is under me. He’s been seen by other specialist with no problem this year. With other doctors they use my information to validate. This girl insisted that he call Cigna to correct a NONEXISTENT issue. I really like this doctor but due the incompetence of his staff I will take my business elsewhere. So sad…

I had an ingrown toenail. The staff were very nice and professional. With Dr Child's skill, it turned out just perfect. My ankle on the other leg had been hurting me badly and had swelling. He did an MRI and found the problem. After wearing different shoes and physical therapy, I can walk without pain now!

Had a horrible ingrown nail and fungus in both big toe nails that got taken care of the very same day. Nurse was super nice and comforting (I don’t remember his name). Dr. Childs made the process super easy and quick even though I was a nervous wreck as I was not expecting to pull the nails the same day. I am glad I got it done and I would recommend him for sure!

The Staff was are very professional. They take you in a timely manner. Dr.Childs treats you with respect and as a Family member. He's a very well-respected surgeon and I will recommend Dr. Child's to all in need.
