Dr. Ditty is beyond, the best! The office staff in Seaford is very knowledgeable and helpful, which made me feel very comfortable! I was scheduled literally within 24 hours, which was surprising! When I got to my appointment, there were some issues with my referring dentist (had NOTHING to do with this office!), but luckily, that was figured out and fixed! Dr. Ditty came in and personally apologized for the inconvenience I had went through! Fast forward to the actual procedure I had went for... the attendant I had that was in the room with me was absolutely wonderful! This place is not ran with any respect for people's time. They think their time is more important than yours. The office manager Kim is a self absorbed woman more concerned with her personal needs than the customers. If you don't mind showing up on time for your scheduled appointment and waiting around for a couple hours this place is for you. I told Kim the office manager that it was unacceptable to be waiting hours so I can spend thousands of dollars on a procedure and her ego is so large she couldn't look past it. So, in the end she talked the doctor into canceling my appointment and costing him $4100, which if he was a good business man, would have made him irate.
