Worst experience I have ever had with a hospital. Left in a room for hours with no checking.

Ok I have been a doula for some time and i have never ever ran into a situation like this. Very unprofessional and power trip. I was in Alexandria mn hospital assisting with a delivery when the RN nurse “who was dark as me” felt the need to try and push me out. When i first got there i was happy to see her because of the history behind women of color and birth. Not this one! Repeatedly wanted me and the father to leave the room because she wanted to speak to the momma alone (when we are the support team.) Called security on me and then dad and nothing happened no words nothing not even an argument. The nurse just wanted to separated mom from her support team. The last time she demanded I leave and said “I’m her RN and im doing my job and i need to talk to her alone!” I simply asked why s

Wonderful experience!! Very professional, caring, compassionate!! Very thorough!! Got to the ER, got in right away! Blood work, exams, ultrasounds, EKG all done right away! There was no messing around with them!! I was so worried and they just took great care of me!!! So Impressed with them!!

The staff here really care about the patients. Surgical staff, ER staff, and the nurses are pretty awesome! Housekeepers are friendly and do a wonderful job keeping things clean. When you have to visit a hospital, it's nice to feel cared about! And here's where I need to commend the nursing staff again!

I cannot commend the professional, courteous and efficient staff in the ED department enough! We were from out of town, attending a family celebration when my 83 year old mother fell and sustained a fractured arm. We googled the nearest hospital and came to your emergency dept. From the moment we walked in the door, we were very impressed with all the staff, nurses, doctors and everyone elsel ! My mom was treated with the upmost respect and I felt very comfortable knowing the staff knew what they were doing! I want to thank them all for the wonderful care!
