Doug Nowacki

I went to Dr Nowacki after a long time of suffering, lower back pain and leg numbness. Dr Nowacki gave me all the time in the world in discussing the options and expectations from potential surgery. I am now three months past my surgery. I feel much better and I owe the revitalization of the quality of my life to Dr Nowacki. He is the most comforting, reassuring and competent surgeon I have ever encountered. I would recommend him to anybody who suffers from spinal issues. He is the best!!!

Dr Nowacki and his team were exceptional from my first visit with the female PA Dr Zkaterina (hope i spelled correctly) all the way through my back surgery and into post op. Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable. They made me feel comfortable as I was scared to death to have back surgery. Even the staff at Valley Hospital were amazing! Gabby was my surgical coordinator at CNSO and she was wonderful! I highly recommend Dr Nowacki and Dr O for your surgical procedures. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Nowacki and the team at CNSO. When I found out I needed surgery, Dr. Nowacki was very thorough about walking me through the entire procedure (including recovery) and was even willing to spend time repeating it all at my follow-up. His surgical coordinator Gaby was also amazing at making sure I had all of my necessary pre-op appointments lined up and helping me out with any paperwork I needed filled out for work. Not even two-weeks post-op I am in so much less pain than I was before that I know I made the right choice with CNSO/Dr. Nowacki. Thank you so much!

First and foremost, Drs. Nowacki and Rabb absolutely saved my quality of life by performing a delicate fusion surgery. Secondly, Nicole Brown was instrumental and my lifeline to CNSO. She immediately responded to any concerns I had both pre and post surgery. She is an extremely valuable asset to CNSO and will be one of the main reasons I will refer my clients to their practice. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

My father experienced about 3 months of decline in mobility when we met Dr. Nowacki who finally helped us determine what was going on. Throughout this experience, Dr. Nowacki was super knowledgeable, answered all our questions with transparency and clarity, and overall made us feel comfortable in the process. My father is now healing, almost back to normal and has an increased sense of confidence and has his quality of life back.
