I could not be happier with the service from Dorsey Family Dental! All the staff were so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable! They were wonderful to talk with and they did an excellent job, truly the best cleaning and overall dental care I think I’ve ever received. Could not recommend this practice more!

The staff at Dorsey Dental are so nice!!! The front desk happily assists with insurance and payments. The Dr. pops her head in during a cleaning to see how I was doing and make sure the work she did last visit was still satisfactory. I am very happy with everything about Dorsey Dental.

I am guilty of not going to the dentist as I should so was prepared for an intense exam. First would like to compliment Nikki & Morgan for helping me sort out the insurance headache. Laura, the hygienist discussed my past health, my exam included an AI Powered Radiographic Analysis as well as the routine oral X-rays. Dr Lefta’s exam was as comprehensive as Laura’s. Dr Lefta took pictures of my teeth then reviewed the results. I have never, never left a dentist’s office as satisfied as I did when this visit was complete.

I was very impressed with the professional and thorough service I received at Dorsey Family Dental! My hygienist spent a very long time cleaning my teeth and made me feel comfortable during the x-rays. Dr Ikram was very kind in explaining everything. At the end they gave me full cost break down of everything and a treatment plan going forward.

I went to Dorsey Family Clinic for a simple cleaning. They wanted to do a dental gum probe, which I did not want. They told me it was required by my insurance company. So, I left the clinic. I called my insurance company, Humana, and they told me a gum probe was not required. I called the dental office manager back and told her the information she gave me about the requirement from my insurance company was not correct. She agreed she gave me incorrect information, and her office was requiring the gum probe to protect them from legal liability. It is sad when one is given untrue information. I didn't want a gum probe, they are my teeth and it is my decision, and it is not required by the insurance company. I will look elsewhere for a more forthright dental office.
