Wow I just met the rudest person I've ever had to deal with. I am glad I only have one prescription here for my dog I would never ever use them ever again if I can help it I'll find another compounding pharmacy. I'm sort of thinking it's because I'm white because she was Spanish and she was obviously knew I was in front of her and didn't say a thing until she was done doing what she was doing. Mean while I'm standing awkwardly at the counter wondering if she's going to help me or if someone else is coming up to help me. Then she says can I help you in a real rude fashion and I told her she was being rude. I really think these people need customer service or maybe this is the only job they can get because you guys put up with the crap. Shame on you all you definitely don't know how to

This is an amazing pharmacy! And they even keep calm with really snobby people. I was in there today to pick up my dogs meds and a man who claims to be a fellow buisness owner and he is pitching A FIT about needing to prepay for meds. He started lecturing the staff on how to treat 10+ year customers and then started going off about how he wont be treated as a "second class citizen". Barf, get over yourself 🙄. The staff and manager were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING and honestly im making this post because he threatened to make a review too! Thank you Dorneyvill for being awesome and keeping my dog alive with the meds!!

This pharmacy does not employ the most friendliest people, nor are they organized. I asked that they refill my prescription a week out since I wouldn't be picking it up right away because I just got my prescription from them 2.5 weeks ago. I was told to call back because "they would forget." How hard is it to look into your system and say oh, it looks like you already have a current fill, let's wait until you're nearing the end of your prescription to refill it. I wouldn't be too concerned if this wasn't a refrigerated medication, but it is, and I don't know how long it can sit before use. Clearly, neither did the employee I spoke to. I shouldn't have to do the heavy work to make sure they stay on top of their prescriptions. Also, the inside of the place is very outdated and not very clean

Prompt service; yet, very rude customer service desk/ receptionis The mom and the daughter whatever their names are when I tried to address how the mom talks with an attitude the daughter said she is my mom. Like you say whatever … ok cool. If I ever had my own business I will make sure to address patients needs and not just answer with an attitude just because the other person who helped them rudely was my spouse/ son/ etc…

I've been using this pharmacy for many years now and the staff is extremely helpful and kind. The lovely ladies always greet me by my first name and give me a smile when I need it most. The fact that they also go out of their way to call and verify specifics before filling a script also shows great compassion and kindness for their customers. Lastly, Rich is always very helpful when I call asking (in my mind) too many questions and again, greets me and calmly explains this or that. So for all the negative reviews I've just read, I call Bull$hit!! Yes your pet prescription is equally important but treating this wonderful staff respect and dignity goes a long ways.
