My mother had a catscan going on a month now. We have yet to receive a call with the results. I’ve called the office 4 times told by the unprofessional receptionist who sounds like he’s sleep every time you call. I was told I’d get a call back and still haven’t gotten a call back. You have to demand a in person apt because everything is telehealth and money!!! Don’t go to this office. I use to think very highly of her but now I will find a new provider and will definitely be reporting this board of health. Unprofessional office

Completely understand everyone frustration with this office. Very unprofessional and everything is about insurance. What about Practicing medicine, returning calls. The medical board will be notified

Dr. Malenki was extremely rude, rushed through our call, opened the appointment by blaming me for being late because I was not available 5 minutes before the appointment time, and held an accusatory tone the entire appointment. That’s not the kind of healthcare that works for me. I am moving on and wasted $70. 😡

nasty, rude greedy doctor! She care only about payment and money!. See other reviews! Unprofessional bad doctor do not see her. They will asked for your credit card and overcharge you . They will not provide anything after colonsocpy unless you agree to pay via credit card and phone call. Maleki will try to end phone call after 3 min without any help and refuse to answer your questions. They overbill overcharge and it cost me extra 2 K !!!!. AVOID this doctor and her stuff, Shame on her!!!! They should check how did she get her degree and licenses. Worst doctor I ever see! SHAME SHAME ON YOU MALEKI!!!!!

I called to make an appointment and they said the doctor had to call me back. She called, I explained my issue and she told me I had to go to someone else as she doesn't do colonoscopies. What kind of gastroenterologist doesn't do them. I've never heard of such a thing. I would not recommend her to anyone.
