Exceptional care and support! We had taken our sweet Snoopy to another vet and little did we know, they weren’t very attentive. They are a bit of a drive from our house, but I will gladly make the trip for the impeccable care they have shown our Snoopy! If I could give 10 stars, I would!

Extremely grateful for Dr. Canino and his amazing team for taking care of my Frenchie. She needed an emergency surgery, and if it wasn’t for them seeing her that same day, I honestly don’t know if she would’ve made it through the next. After calling so many vets and being turned away or told to wait until the following day, Dr. Canino and his team didn’t hesitate to help. I’m beyond thankful for everything they did for saving my baby. She’s truly part of our family, and I’ll forever be thankful for what you did. 🐾❤️ A special thank-you to Laz, the office manager, who went above and beyond to make sure we were seen that same day and handled everything with compassion and professionalism. I wanted to take this opportunity to write a review for Doral Veterinary Care. We have been taking our cats to Dr. Canino and Staff for several years and have always been impressed by their professional and caring manner when treating our cats. One example that comes to mind is when we had to put down our 18 year old cat. Not only were Dr. Canino and staff supportive we had a card sent to our home with caring words about our beloved pet. They go above and beyond. When we call in they know us and go out of their way to meet our needs. We would highly recommend Dr. Canino and entire staff!

The quality of this practice has declined significantly over the years, and today my wife and I made the decision to terminate our relationship with the clinic due to repeated unprofessional and disrespectful behavior from Dr. Canino’s front office staff, specifically Cristy (receptionist) and Lazaro Lopez (manager). During our most recent interaction, both individuals raised their voices, stated they did not care how long we had been clients, and the manager abruptly hung up on us when we asked for our pets’ medical records. We had simply called to request a previously-prescribed nausea medication for our Goldendoodle before a last-minute trip, something Dr. Canino has approved in the past, and were told the doctor would not accept calls or messages on his day off.
