If you want your elderly abused bring them here.They'll leave them covered in fecese and urine. Take more money than required to stay there and take their food stamps but have no food to feed them most weeks. They don't have a working phone so you can't get ahold of them . They don't clean their was mold and a broken bed that one elderly slept on the floor for over a month. They won't let you know if your elderly falls or hurts themselves they cover that up . Overall the worst place to send someone I wouldn't send my enemy here. They're abusive physically and mentally they try to keep people's property when they leave .All they care about is the check

The 5 stars AREN'T for the facility or staff. It's for the people that live there. They are such amazing people. My wife and I have bonded with so many people and they have so much life and love give. Not all but most of the staff treat them horribly, as if they weren't human beings. Just another job for them. The residence deserve so much more.
