Just do not come here. Dr. Kelly was fine. But the office staff is ridiculously rude. They try to upsell you on what they say is mandated retinal imaging exam, when it is not. Actually against the law to say so. Is it beneficial? Absolutely. But not covered by insurance. When I said I would be leaving, their tune changed and said I could opt out when initially told it was mandated. Eye dilation is a completely acceptable alternative that is covered as part of the exam. And when did eye glasses become so expensive? I was quoted 400-700 on top of my 200 insurance allowance. When i declinded, the lady pricing it out rudely went and got my prescriltion and handed it too me. Can literally get the same stuff from an online retailer for pennies on the dollar. Avoid. Poor office staff not prioritizing patient care. Any medical practice that allows office admin to make medical management decisions without consulting the physician for their patients should be avoided at all costs. Dr Watson may be wonderful(?) but you have to go through miserable office admin and staff to get to him. Hoops after hoops of ridiculousness. Very sad, unfortunately this is an office that suffers from the same covid era apathy as many medical practices still. Please do not trust your loved ones care with this office.

LEAH was picture perfect! The communication and attentiveness that she showed me was the reason why I purchased today. She worked within my budget and gave me the best possible outcome.The process was fast and i didn’t have to do a thing but swipe my debit card. I highly recommend asking for her ,because i know she will get the job done. Thank you again!

I have been a patient of Dr. Watson's for the past 30 years. He and Katie have always gone above and beyond to help make my visits so pleasant. I had the pleasure of having Katie help me with a contact order and she was so knowledgeable and considerate. She is an excellent asset to this office and I look forward to seeing both of them for years to come.

Dr. Watson, Katie and his staff are wonderful! My husband is disabled and they have gone way beyond in helping and assisting us. I've found no other person in Savannah who would help - Dr. Watson did! They are kind, compassionate, generous and so responsive. If you can find a dr like Dr. Watson and his staff, you better keep them. They are far and few between!!!
