Very rude to my young daughter who brought her first puppy in for a check up. Instead of teaching her and offering guidance, they made her feel small.

We have always loved Dominion as our vet for 8+ years and multiple dogs. Juan is also an excellent groomer. However, due to our recent boarding experience, we will not be returning for any services. We boarded our dogs there because we trust them. When I picked up my 2 dogs after only a 4-night stay and bath, I got home to find one of them had multiple bloody sores on three of her legs (pics included). These were large enough I could see them easily, yet no one noticed them while bathing her or notified us when we picked her up. I called immediately and was told to bring her back so they could look at the areas. Rather than apologizing or taking any accountability, I was told it was likely from the rough floors in the kennel or the cleaning solution they use and that the employees don’t

We always get great service here and the vets are very caring and extremely professional and knowledgeable. The front desk staff are so friendly as well. Unfortunately we have had to say goodbye to two of our fur babies here and the staff was incredibly compassionate and kind. I can’t say enough praises about Dr. Casey, Dr. Kent and their wonderful techs! We also had a cat who had IBS and subsequent other heath issues related to that and Dr Casey walked us through each step with love and support until he also had to cross the rainbow bridge. If I could give this Vet 10 stars I would!!

They are wonderful. They took such good care of my baby girl, Jezabelle, for many years...up to the point it came time to say goodbye. So a few weeks later, I was given two kittens. Without any hesitation, I immediately made an appointment for them. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

So far, just in the last six months, Dominion vets, techs, and staff have seen Gimli, Morse, Marple, Castle, and Mattie. I never have an issue getting them seen in a timely manner. Morse was an emergency. No problem, bring him in. Mattie was a bit less urgent but brought her in on the same day. Morse needed surgery, and the vets kept me informed every step of the way. My dogs are 2nd only to my boy, so I'm saying a lot when I say I trust their care to Dominion.
