Dogwood Pediatric Dentistry of Statesboro

ABSOLUTELY exceed all of my hopes & expectations! My son had his first ever dentist appointment and we had the very best experience! All if the staff very helpful, friendly, and informative. The office was immaculate and the decor an activities really engaged the children. The appointment wait time was non-existent I'm so glad we have found our new dental "family" @ Dogwood Pediatric Dentistry in Statesboro!

My son's first time ever at the dentist. He was a little scared and not cooperative but the assistant was so understanding and so kind and just over all so great with how she won him over and provided the treatment. She gave me so much information on teeth cleaning for little kids, importance of flossing and in little kids as well and made me feel so comfortable as a parent. She gave tips for all kinds of ways to improve teeth cleaning. I wish I knew her name! The dentist that checked after cleaning and suggested treatment plan was also so kind and provided information for treatment plans! They have such great staff here. Everything from scheduling to our recommendations were just so professional and polite. This is our new dentist !

My autistic son gets very overwhelmed at dentists and has to start slow and gentle in a new place . We were afraid to try somewhere new after we moved here, but I’m so glad we did. I asked on Facebook who was recommended for a gentle visit and this place was recommended most. We were SO happy here today! They actually read my notes before the appointment, and they made a genuine effort to make sure he was comfortable. The tech was amazing and gentle, the office staff is on point and the dentist was super nice as well! Love love love this place, will definitely be back!!! And my son was so proud of himself as well.

We had an exceptional experience here! From the first phone call to the dentist herself, it was all fantastic! We have been patients at another dentist for a few years and never really had a good experience there. We always felt rushed, unheard, and dismissed when trying to voice concerns about treatment options. So we called many places to try and find someone who would take our insurance, listen to our concerns and be willing to help. This office was the only one willing to really listen and help us. The wonderful ladies at the front desk spent so much time answering my questions over the phone and listened to all my concerns. They got us in the schedule VERY quickly.
