Doctors Ovchinsky & Ukrainsky

I waited in line for over an hour as the front desk staff appeared to have forgotten about me entirely. During this time, I observed a lack of professionalism and courtesy from the staff, which added to the frustration of an already unpleasant experience. Additionally, the waiting room was overcrowded, with many individuals seated closely together in a small space, creating an uncomfortable environment with poor ventilation. Visit was on December, 3 2024 afternoon, for the doctor to consider.

Im in medical field for 15 yrs. Such a rude frond desc person I haven’t seen. My appointment was cancelled without any reason. On my question why was it cancelled, she goes: you don’t have appointment do you want to schedule or what?” I asked but why my appointment was canceled and she hang up on me. After many calls later she was not answering me I was on wait line. Very unprofessional and very immodest!!! Front desc is the face of the doctors office!!!!!

Don't waste your time and money!!! I've been waiting for my appointment for 2 weeks cause this doctor seems very busy that's why I thought it worth it but no, not at all. I have chronic tonsillitis and sinusitis. I couldn't breath and eat normally for few weeks (I have a sore on my tonsil ). I was waiting for 40 min (even if you have an appointment) and Dr. Ovchinnikov said that it's all good! I don't have any problems, he didn't take any test for sinus infection or at least tries to do something to help me with my problems. He gave me the prescription for medicine that didn't help me at all. I paid 300$ for that. That was my worst experience, all those good reviews are probably fakes.

I had unpleasant experience with Dr. Ovchinskiy/Dr. Ukrainsky front desk. Ended up not seeing doctor at all because of this. Front desk is the face of the office - unprofessional. Manager is incompetent in de-escalation.

Not only is the staff rude but they can barely understand your question and get upset rather quickly when you make them feel dumb. You'll need a lot of patience to deal with this office.
