Doctors on Duty

The front office and nursing staff were amazing with my two year old. However, the doctor was incredibly rude and did not know how to work with kids.

Don’t come here. Ronald Gertsch looked in places without consent, and the manager I complained to disregarded everything I said. “Janice from corporate” is horribly rude with a nasty attitude. 3 rude people who shouldn’t be allowed to work with people. Never again.

Staff was great the doctor not so much he seem very disoriented/lost didnt know the patients name or what was wrong with the patient ask the patient underage what was the reason for the visit and what was wrong check only check breathing once and said ok your fine you can go never check the system to confirm the patient or anything it was a very scary uncomfortable n concerning situation even my 13 year was concerned for him never have experienced something like this waited over 1 hour for him to come inside for less than 1 minute and say you can go

I struggled to decide between 4 and 5 stars because I had a really long wait due to only one provider being available. I decided on 5 because every staff member made it as easy as possible. I was able to go home and wait rather than stay in the waiting room, and received a call when my time was approaching. In my experience, clinics aren’t organized enough to allow for that. All the desk staff and people on the phone were super nice, as well as the doctor and nurses!

I was very happy & appreciate the service I received. I went to the Seaside location late in the afternoon, I was welcomed professionally, with a smile by April. I knew I was taking my chance to be seen because how busy they were. Yes she got me in and I was seen in a good time less than an hour. Saw Mike heard my concerns and called in my prescription Now I am on my road to recovery. Definitely recommend this clinic Respectfully, Lupe
