I recently took my son to Doctors of Hearing for a hearing exam and custom swimming ear plugs, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Dr. Norma Camacho was absolutely wonderful professional, kind, and patient. She took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure my son felt comfortable throughout the process, and answered all of our questions with care. The hearing exam was thorough, and the custom ear plugs were made perfectly to fit my son’s needs. It’s such a relief to know his hearing is being protected while he enjoys swimming. The staff was friendly, the office was welcoming, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. Dr. Norma Camacho treated my husband for ringing in the ears. She is very personable and was able to give him a quick treatment plan. He has not had any issues. She also treated my brother and was very honest about the expectations of hearing loss recovery. She is a sweetheart and takes the time to listen to her patient's needs.
