nice people but left my mom in her own stool for almost 3 hours after being asked multiple times by my mom (the patient) i had to come to the hopsital and ask the nurses station to finally get them to do it with the answer being "its short staffed" while also being fully in the hallway talking amongst one another. what is their daily life is a scary day for my mom where she deserves to not have to sit in her own bathroom waste and hear them talk right outside her door and not help her.

Today I had one of the best and worst experiences in my life. Back story- My daughter had a hospital stay recently and I’ve been having issues with our insurance denying her hospital stay. I spoke with insurance who said I needed the doctor who saw her to send her medical records for review. I called DMC and they provided me the doctors phone number which sent me to GVHC. GVHC said they had no record of this doctor. So I called DMC to try to figure out what route I could go to next to contact the doctor who saw my daughter. I called DMC today and I spoke to the rudest lady I have ever spoken to in my entire life named Katie. She would not let me finish a single sentence. Finally, after getting frustrated because she would not let me speak I said “can you please let me speak” and she said “

Would have been 1 star because of the rude nurse, Taylor and some of the unprofessional staff. Some Staff were not helpful or friendly at all. Three star for the honest and caring staff such as Michelle (NCRN) and RN lead Travis. They did an amazing job helping and attending to my uncle. They had to throw his puke away and have him new blankets. They adjust him and even held the bag for him to puke in. They gave us information and clarified the information for us. They were polite and showed a lot of compassion. They made sure he’s checked every two hours and that he is clean. The other nurse, Taylor, did not attend or bother checking up on us. She did not even throw the blanket that he puked on to the soiled bin. We had to tell the other nurse and asked for their help. She said she will t

The reason for 2 stars was for the doctors. They have good specialists surgeons in this hospital. Especially doctor de-graft. He is one of the very best. He's kind, smart, and humble. Unfortunately most of the nursing staffs are the worst of all, even the NP were bad. There were 2 nurses that are good, RN Christian, a night RN was great, but he's not there every night,.RN Salu was day shift nurse and she's good too The rest are lazy!!! Patient can be calling them for pain meds when it's medication administration time. They would be 2 to 3 hrs late and patients are crying with pain. My husband have an open heart surgery and no one come take him to bathroom. When they finally come after multiple calls, they took him to the bathroom and left him there. He called but no one comes. I gave birth to my son February 25 and my delivery nurse Anna was insanely amazing. I don’t think I would’ve had such a great birth experience if it wasn’t for her, she helped give me so much confidence when pushing and really took care of me.forever thankful to have delivered here with her.
