Doctor's Medical Center

The reason I started going here was that I live no more than 6 blocks from this center and I knew one of the doctors. Unfortunately she left. However, the staff and the nurse who recently attended me (Sulay Perez, cured an infection on my neck) are so brilliant, kind and professional that I decided to stay with Doctor's. My labs and many tests like x-rays, complete vision exams, and ultrasound are performed at this center. The center staff is incredibly efficient and attentive. They always call to remind of any appointment or other medical reasons of importance to the patient. The center is so spic and span clean you can literally eat off the floor. Did I mention free hot coffee? In addition, I have never waited more than 15 minutes for any appointment even an emergency one at the en

I hope this gets attention because this is by far the most unprofessional clinic I have ever been to. My sister's appointed for 12:15pm was not met until 3pm. The front desk ladies were gossiping and showed no sign of caring for the patients who are there waiting. When the Doctor Amarillis saw my sister she made a comment that she can keep waiting and that she has other patients despite having an appointment. She also commented how people go this clinic and asking for drugs. They did not ask my sister any of the standard questions one asks. Definitely stay away and rather do your research when coming to this place. This was today 3/13/2019

Dr. Chinea has been my pcp for almost 5 years and im extremely happy with him and the whole staff. He goes out of his way to get you any last emergency orders authorizations,whatever it is the whole staff also go out of there way to get the problem solved. I intend to stay with them for a very long time
