Doctors MedCare of Jacksonville PC

I loved this place. Everyone was so nice and kind. They were also efficient and professional. I drove from Anniston and I will definitely use them again if I have a need. Everyone from the office staff to the med tech and NP (Kayla) were kind and empathetic. Diagnosed and treated my Bronchitis and promptly called in my meds and told me they hoped I would feel better soon.

Still waiting because I’ve already paid to be seen, but was just sprayed with my own blood. Nurse came back into my room to say my finger prick test didn’t read, took my bandaid off and just started squeezing. Blood shot all over me, my shirt, and my purse. She gave me a paper towel after laughing and left me. UPDATE: Doctor came in and told me “not sure what you have but I’ll give you a steroid shot and two days off of work.” I had to ask him to come back in and actually look in my throat and ears. He was very rude and condescending. Will not ever be back. The most unprofessional “doctors” office I’ve ever been to.

Three experiences here and all have been great. My kids have been treated appropriately and with great kindness. I was most impressed when my son had a lab sent out and they called us the next morning before they opened with his results. Great job y’all!

NO WiFi. Very poor "customer service" right off the bat. No eye contact, no welcome, no smile. Robotic questions and answers with a complete lack of personality. Makes you feel quite unwelcome from the very start. Calling patients back, they open the door, standing completely out of sight and scream out your name. Again, either a complete lack of training in customer service or they just don't care. Arrived and checked in at 1:10 pm Called back at 1:53 pm for vitals and moved to a new waiting area. Same very poor customer service or lack thereof. Called to x-ray at 2 pm Back to another waiting area. 2:06 pm back to x-ray to reshoot one of the x-ray views. To exam room at 2:11 pm Seen by Nurse Practitioner at 2:39 pm Waiting in exam room for copy of x-rays until 2:55 Went to front desk as i

Absolutely horrible place. Staff is so rude and not caring at all. Shouldn’t even be in the healthcare industry. Waited two hours for absolutely nothing. Had to ASK for my test results. Dr didn’t even see me just the two rude nurses. Absolutely will NOT be returning and do NOT recommend.
