Doctors For Teens & Tots

My 6 month old has been having trouble with this office since she was born. I love doctor James Carter but it’s time for new staff. Every time I come it’s nasty, bugs crawling around, and constantly canceling appointments. Getting anger at you for asking questions is ridiculous. I refuse we need someone who actually cares.

I love it there. Especially I ask specifically for DR. James E. Carter himself. He has been treating and caring for my kids since they were 3 months old. I have not taken them to another pediatrician. He knows his diseases and kids just by looking at them. He even wrote a book on rashes and infections in kids. I trust him wholeheartedly with my kids. He is the best. Their grandmother won’t let me take them anywhere else and I would have it any other way. He is not expensive on the health insurance either. The staff their are great, courteous, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable in their work. Trained by him, so I know I can trust them too.

Love Dr James Carter!!! My 5 kids have been going to him since newborns , Love the staff They continue to bring in new faces but they are really friendly and knowledgeable

My boys been going here for about 5 years and i am now looking for another the last trip there was enough my son came in sick as ever he had strep throat and scarlet fever ..when the nurse came in a man with dreads he came straight in and goes to try to swap my son throat he was scared and started crying when the nurse couldnt get it i tried to help calm him down to swab his throat long story short the man stormed out the like it was frustrating and i ended up swabbing his throat myself for them to test if they couldnt get a good swab then my son doesnt get the medicine he need ...another time a young female nurse came right in and poked my son like she was in a rush to do so didnt care at all for my son...teens and tots just do their job and keep it pushing no care for the kids .. Anytime

The services has gotten ridiculous and I’m going to report it soon as I can and remove my children it ridiculous
