Doctors Dermatology at Mission

Door says accepting new patients, walk-ins also accepted. I took my son there and the receptionist tells me we're not accepting walk-ins. Please remove your door advertising. Save your time and try a different dermatologist.

I went in as a walked in and was treated all under 45 mins. Miguel was very helpful, as he walked me through everything he was doing to treat me. Overall good experience!

The staff here is amazing and kind. They were able to check me in quickly and were happy to take care of me and my concerns. Val was great at listening and understanding and walking me through the next steps. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who has any skin concerns.

I had an appointment at 10:15. At around 11:35, I had still not been seen. I asked the receptionist how much longer it would be to which she coldly dismissed my question and responded that they had other patients receiving procedures. She was dismissive of my concerns and the time that I had spent waiting. To what purpose do we set up appointments, if that time will not be respected?
