Doctors Center Pharmacy

I needed to use Doctors Center Pharmacy since it is the only pharmacy in the area that provides compounding services. After reading some of the reviews, I was initially hesitant. However, my experience has been nothing but positive. When I first called last week, the gentleman who answered was extremely professional, kind, and helpful. He explained the entire process clearly, without me even having to ask. Today, I called again and was greeted promptly by a woman who was just as kind and polite. The turnaround time for my prescription was even faster than the estimate I had been given, which was a pleasant surprise. Although I wish I remembered their names, I truly appreciate their excellent customer service. I’m happy to say I am now a new and satisfied customer!

Great service, nice staff. Years ago I used Doctors Center Pharmacy for my elderly mother's prescriptions. The staff is always willing to answer questions.

Very helpful. Only place in town that could get the antibiotics I needed for latent tuberculosis. They are also a compounding pharmacy so if they quit manufacturing a drug you have done well on the pharmacy may be able to compound the ingredients rather than you being forced to find a new drug.

Rude is an understatement. Would not use insurance even though my medication was covered. This was my first time dealing with this pharmacy and the absolute last. My doctor called in my medication to them because I needed a compound. I typically use Center Drugs, but just filled my other medication with Doctors center this time because it was more convenient to just make one stop. They gave me the total and I asked if they ran my insurance. They did and then reversed it and charged me cash price. I called my insurance company to verify. I then called back to speak with someone regarding my concern and I was unfortunate enough to speak with the older lady pharmacist. She told me that she ran my insurance and it covered the medication but because she would have lost 30 dollars on the transa
