Terrible place I showed up at 4:16 pm the lobby was completely empty the hours are open until 5:00 pm and they did not want to see me. They turned me away I feel rejected I was hopeful to see a doctor so I can feel better but they made feel worse.

I have been going there since 2016, my nurse," Iris " is very knowledgeable about my case file. I'm very comfortable with her. . She is always very pleasant. There has been several doctors I've seen there, and I am confident with their knowledge also. They take care of my needs in a very professional way. The time in and out the door is usually short. I have nothing but good things to say about them.

To get a prescription refill you need to have a scheduled appointment so they can charge for an office visit. When you arrive you don't even see a "doctor." They may take your weight and then send you on your way as they bill your insurance.

The winter haven office has massively improved over the years! I haven't been there in a very long time and the women were very helpful,compassionate and understanding as I tried to keep my nonverbal autistic son happy before shots and I had a silent breakdown myself . Thank you ladies !

Iris is the best! ❤️ & My provider, Brenda McFadden, is the best! So caring and honest and really here for the patient. I see her patients are priority. ❤️
