Dr. Windsor quite literally changed the course of my care. While visiting Scottsdale, I was suddenly hit with severe, debilitating back pain. Dr. Windsor not only took me seriously from the start, but when it became clear I needed to go to the ER, she didn’t just stop there. She followed up repeatedly, advocated for me behind the scenes, and pushed for the imaging and treatment I needed, even when ER doctors were prepared to discharge me without properly addressing the issue. Called on a Saturday at noon, Doctor Mara Windsor, MD answered the call right away, listened as I answered her several questions about my symptoms, answered all my various questions, diagnosed my condition, prescribed my medicines and called them in to the pharmacy (this all happed very quickly and efficiently). She can also make house calls for my elderly mom, which is great. Use her service you wont be disappointed. Very professional and very affordable. Dr. Windsor and her partner were life savers for us. When no primary care Dr's would respond after hours and would take days to put in lab orders, they were quick to step in and help us with everything we needed and more.
