DOCS Urgent Care & Primary Care - West Hartford

Great experience!! Everyone was so nice from check in to check out. The doctor was thorough and explained everything they were doing and planned to do and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The office was clean, and they have a lot of things they can take care of for you in house which is nice to avoid having to go to a ton of different places.

This was one of the best urgent care visits I’ve ever had. Everyone was courteous and kind, and they consistently checked on me to make sure I was okay. The doctor was excellent she took the time to truly listen and carefully reviewed my medical history so she wouldn’t prescribe anything that could cause me more pain, especially since I have a history of medication allergies. She made sure I received exactly what I needed. The entire staff was helpful, respectful, and nonjudgmental. Overall, it was a very good visit, and I would recommend this office to anyone.

I had an excellent experience at the urgent care. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, the wait time was minimal, and I loved how all the ladies there spoke Spanish. I arrived at 7:45, just 15 minutes before closing, and they still saw me with smiles on their faces and the utmost professionalism. I highly recommend !!

This location was wonderful! I needed a physical/ blood test for my visa application abroad. I was turned away by 4 other urgent care offices. They were able to see me as a walk in, do the bloodwork and schedule the physical for when the results arrive. The staff here was wonderfully accommodating and made sure I had everything I need. Clean and quiet atmosphere. I will certainly come back here if I need anything. Thank you so much!

Amazing and friendly urgent care! Beautiful and cleanly too! Front desk associate was kind and attentive, and made me feel secure with everything I was worried about! Health-wise AND emotionally. Will absolutely be coming here each and every time I have any concerns.
