Customer Reviews
From the moment we walked through the door, the staff greeted my son and me warmly and immediately offered assistance. Check-in was quick and easy, and both the waiting room and exam rooms were very clean. We were in and out in less than an hour. Dr. Sharma was amazing and wonderful with my infant. She listened carefully, thoroughly examined my child, and was very pleasant throughout the visit. The two girls at the front desk were also amazing—I didn’t get their names, but they truly made a positive and welcoming impression. I would absolutely return for any future care.
I had a very positive experience at DOCS Urgent Care. They treated me like a top-notch patient from the moment I arrived. My son had a severe cold, and I was very nervous, especially since I forgot to bring my insurance card. This was my first time there, and they didn’t have my son's information, which meant I had to drive back home to retrieve it. Cole was particularly helpful. He stayed calm, located the necessary information, and made the entire process smooth and efficient. The team’s kindness and care made a stressful situation much better. Thank you to the entire team for your compassion and professional service. We truly appreciate it.
I could write a short story about my experience. I truly feel people should read this and be fully aware when choosing where they go. In regard to how a place that serves the general public … This place is a great example of what not to do … ever. Very rude front desk, not welcoming, zero desire to help or be of basic assistance… even when there are only 2 people in the waiting area. This review is not just isolated to my experience upon walking in, but it’s their trend. Immediately after me, an elderly woman was treated even worse than myself. This place is a great example of why seeking healthcare in this country sucks. Places like this should not exist because it deters people from getting care. Unfortunately, this is the location my new job sent me to get my work up … for others, this
I came here with congestion, & cold, thinking I had RSV or COVID, & THE Medical Assistant, Liz, was very efficient, &:took very care of me. A very nice person in the office. A good worker, who took care of me when she was alone. She handled everything professionally. The virtual nurse Davis was also exceptionally good I recommend anyone to come here. I am a 74 year old woman, whom GOD Healed from Stage 4 Endometrial Cancer and Myeloma & a kidney disease! HEALED, As per my oncologist stater that I am healed. Now after being texted her at Doc Urgent care, my text for RSV & COVID IS NEGATIVE!!☺️ THANK GOD,!
I arrived 10 minutes early for a prescheduled occupational health appointment. Despite being the only patient there for the first few minutes, I had to check in three times (iPad, text, and email), which delayed the start. The phlebotomy technician was unable to draw blood from the site everyone uses when I need blood work and ended up using my non-dominant hand causing a rupture of the very small vein, pain and bruising. The inefficiency and lack of technical skill demonstrated made the experience unnecessarily stressful. The entire process took over an hour for what should have been a simple visit. Sadly, this seems to be the norm with these lab clinics. Their hiring standards must be rock-bottom so they can pay less, and patients are the ones who suffer for it.
