DOCS Urgent Care & Primary Care - North Haven

Close this facility before the joint commission does. Ignoring that the floors had filth and some sort of dried slime on the floors, ignoring I waited 30 minutes to be helped when i had an appointment, ignoring that the desk staff wanted me to give my history and physical information IN THE LOBBY, ignoring that the doctor didnt even bother sitting down to access me because he was “on the way out” What really upset me was after calling to confirm they could handle my injury they tell me almost an hour into this… experience that they cant do x rays. Now I get to go to a proper urgent care, or wait for ANOTHER facility to do the x rays after the holidays. Making my visit to docs pointless. Next time i go to Yale. They're professional and can treat common urgent care conditions

From the moment I walked in, the experience was excellent. The front desk staff was welcoming, professional, and efficient, which immediately made me feel at ease. I was taken care of quickly without feeling rushed. The provider was outstanding, very attentive, kind, and thorough. They asked thoughtful questions, took the time to truly understand my concerns, and explained everything clearly and in detail. I never felt dismissed or confused, and I left feeling informed and confident about my care. Overall, the entire team was professional, compassionate, and respectful. I highly recommend this urgent care clinic to anyone who is feeling unwell or simply needs clear answers and quality care. I truly appreciate how quickly and well I was taken care of.

I was taken in very quickly and the person who helped me was Valentina and she was so kind to me. I was having trouble entering all the information on my phone. She realized that and came and helped me enter all the information. She was lovely through the entire procedure. They got me in very quickly and did everything they could to process it as fast as possible. Valentina could not have been nicer as well as the person at the desk. I was very pleased with my care. I had gone to two other “URGENT” care facilities earlier who could not see me for hours; one of them was five hours. They said I needed an appointment whereas DOCS took me immediately

I had such an amazing experience here. I was seen by Teresa and her staff, and honestly, I couldn’t be more grateful. From the moment I walked in, they truly listened to me. Teresa was incredibly informative, patient, and honest which is so hard to find these days. She didn’t rush me, and she took the time to explain exactly what I needed to do to feel better. What meant the most to me is that she catered to my specific needs and even listened to concerns I didn’t originally come in for. I felt heard, understood, and cared for. I was able to genuinely talk to her, relate to her, and ask questions without feeling dismissed. Scheduled a 7:20 pm appt and I was so grateful for this visit. I had a virtual visit with medical assistant there to help along. They used electronic tools with sonar and connection for the doctor or APRN to see. I had a very thorough visit. I am very impressed. The staff also cared for me very well. They were kind and gave me customer care. I appreciated all they had done.
