DOCS Urgent Care & Primary Care- New Haven

I got diabetes,and l didn't have no more medication to control my sugar. So l decide to call the clinic,and explain to the girl in the front about my problem.she told me ,to go at soon possible and they can provide me with the medication l need. Very nice girls,the Doctor very nice he was concerne about my health and he sent me for other tests I need. The place very clean especially the bathroom. Wait time, was good l didn't wait to long. And I would recommend,the provide an the clinic to. Thank you all

The best staff! Very helpful and kind, made my child feel welcomed and listened to. Definitely if in need, will come here again.pst convent and still effective medical care. Make sure to be kind to the ladies they are too sweet

I went there just for the medicine perception, but ended up talking to the doctor through a video call. Glad, that was the best for me. While checking up at front, i met these two amazing ladies Makina & Ynnaliz in the counter. They both were nice. Makina helped me to get the appointment in the Quest for the sample check up. Just wanted to highlight, they both were doing a amazing job and thanks to them for helping me out through the check up...

Went during my lunch break. Called a few hours ahead of time to make an appointment. I hadn’t been feeling good for the past couple days with a sharp pain coming and going to my lower right abdomen with fluctuating fever and nausea. Told them on the phone I just wanted to rule out appendicitis. Was told there are no providers on staff. So I asked if that meant they weren’t able to test for appendicitis. They reassured that they still could but they just don’t have a provider. So I asked “so you guys would just test me but the results would be sent to a provider for them to look at and get back to me? Is that right?” And was responded with “yes”. I am autistic and have trust issues with doctors so I am constantly trying to reiterate and ask clarifying questions. So this was genuinely awful

This was my first visit at this DOC'S Urgent Care. Miss O. not only provided exceptional customer service, but she literally held my hand through the blood draw. I would highly recommend this DOC'S Urgent Care location to anyone seeking urgent care or looking to change primary care providers.
