DOCS Urgent and Primary Care - Norwalk

Very friendly and professional staff. My insurance updated in the time I hadn’t been to a doctors office and I didn’t have a new card, they lent me a room to make calls and made helpful suggestions to make sure I could get my updated information. All resolved quickly considering the maelstrom of bureaucracy and fake voices of the modern era, would’ve taken longer to resolve on my own. Determined I needed antibiotics and I’m feeling much improved now 24 hours later, just the medical service I needed. Automatically sent me updated insurance to the pharmacy so I had no hassle picking up the medication. Overall a strongly positive experience, would return there if unwell in the future and would recommend to others living nearby.

I have to let everyone know, I had a great experience with this place today, and it is not the first time. I have been unwell for a few weeks and just figured it was a cold, but in recent days I realized it was more, so I walked in around 10 am, told the lady why I was there, she took my info. Very nice young lady, within 10 minutes I was seen, and diagnosed in 15 minutes of questions and a little probing. And I left there with a feeling better just knowing what I have and how we are going to fix it. The staff is really great, the facility is very clean and I honestly feel like I can trust them. Thank you for letting me share.

Booked an appointment (12/27) due to my son not feeling well. I arrived at appointment to be told that they dont have time to complete it. Why didn't they call me or text me letting me know? Very unprofessional and unreliable place. Why have appointments available and even some available for after the time I booked to be told they won't have time do appt? Like make that make sense. Come on people your in health care. I've worked at many urgent cares where we left late lots of evenings due to finishing all appointments booked. Or calling people before appointments and telling them we are closing early. Ridiculous place. Never again. I should have known better being right next to a gas station.

It was fine: 1) There was no doctor present, so it was a virtual visit. It was fine, but would have been nice to know in advance. 2) The location is in a gas station parking lot 3) The furniture is old and falling apart 4) The staff was fine - not overly friendly, but their did their job. 5) I had a 9am appointment but didn't see anyone until 9:45am.

Dre and Cash were present today. Both ladies were welcoming. Dre was so pleasant and kind. She made me feel so comfortable and even went above and beyond by providing me with a charger for my phone. I've been to other urgent care offices and honestly this one was the best. Most pleasant. Dre did a blood draw for me and was super gentle. THANK YOU LADIES AND TO THE DOCTOR SHE WAS AMAZING AS WELL!!
