DOCS Primary Care - Stratford

It was Easter Sunday; and so I expected that the care facility would be closed. Thankfully, they were opened, and I was able to get some attention for some flu-like symptoms that I had been experiencing. There were no doctors on site; but the virtual session worked out just as well, to my surprise. The young ladies at the front desk were helpful in getting things moved along rather quickly and smooth; although that could have been solely because I was the only patient there.🤔🙄😅 Twas a no-hassle experience. I always choose this location because my experiences there are typically good. Please continue in this trend.

I went to get my children their physicals and all the ladies at the front desk was not only polite and very warming. The NP was very attentive and just as caring and kind as you would want one to be. I really wish I could visit them on the regular! If I ever need to go to a UC it will always be this one

They made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. By all means I do not like going to the hospital or even drs office, but they were so nice and accommodating. I would definitely go back and refer anyone to go there. There should be more people like them in this world 🌎💚.

I took my daughter to the Docs walk-in in Stratford. I was unaware that there are no doctors on site after 5PM, but the visit went very well despite that. The office staff are fantastic. They are very kind and professional. It took a while for us to be seen as the doctor on call was busy, but when we did see the doctor he checked my daughter's ears and thought through a camera attached to the equipment that the medical assistant used. It was amazing. Video of her inner ear and throat showed up on the iPad and we spoke to the doctor on the iPad. When he ordered a strep test, the assistant was able to quickly administer it. We had a prescription by that evening. Despite it not being what I expected-we are very happy with the care that was provided and it was pretty cool to see how technology
