Worst visit ever at North Haven location! The doctor Shah unprofessional! I had an 8:00am appointment for physical routines checkup. I got there at 8:00am, and I was the first person there in the morning. Front desk crew told me Doctor forgot to write test in the notes (Completely unprofessional) when i was there for physical checkup nothing was checked/tested lol. I was really upset at the fact that I had an appointment and had to wait so long till 9:30am no contact from doctors by staff.

Worst visit ever! The doctor was so rude and unprofessional! I had an 4:00pm appointment for a work physical, I got there at 3:40pm and I was the last person to leave at 6:20pm, after I did all paperworks and medical questions onlin before I went in. I was really upset at the fact that I had an appointment and had to wait so long. When I asked whats taking so long the doctor had the audacity to tell me as a patient in a very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional manner that “he’s not going work any faster to please me, and I should go report it to management if I wanted to”. The doctor was literally arguing with me for asking “why is it taking so long? “Like I don’t have the rights to ask questions. I would never recommend this place to anyone! Not even for an animal. Staff are super compassionate and friendly. Their professional service is greatly appreciated. In fact this visit was for my daughter for a rapid covid test...I made the appt on-line and our visit was quick and staff very helpful. The young lady that checked us in remembered me from my prior visit at which time i was having a cardiac episode...she was courteous and considerate...asked me how I was feeling... it really was nice knowing kindness still surfaces in our world.

The employees are chill but the coordination and communication of what is prescribed is not great. I went in for a Covid test and had to call the next day for my results even though it was a rapid test. I’m still waiting on results for my bloodwork and I was told to have a video call, the day of the call I never received anything. I called myself just to find out the doctor wasn’t even in and still haven’t heard back on the results.

Good could of made people who were coughing all over the place! Where a mask out of respect for the other patients who were there! I was not there for a sickness I was there for a CDL medical exam card ! And I felt very uncomfortable with that! Other than that 👍! Ill be back there! Best walk in I have ever been to hands down…..
