I've been a patient her for several years already. This place gets worst by the minute. Every time I come in the front desk is so rude and very unprofessional. They talk to you like your incompetent, they talk so loud that everyone has to know your business. Some of the doctor's are very professional but some are not. I had a doctor give me some test results and he had no sympathy what so ever. I was so nervous and his main concern was only scheduling surgery with no explanation of my condition. I just walked out and called another doctor which had such professionalism. Explain in detail what was going on, took the time to hear my concerns. I have had multiple issues with other doctors at this facility the only reason I continue to come in is because of the GI doctor, he is such a professi

In general, the attention in this place was very good. All the employees, except for an older doctor whose name I don’t remember, were very friendly and attentive. This doctor in particular was quite rude and wouldn’t let me finish talking, he even yelled at me. Despite this exception, all the people and those who do therapy were exceptionally friendly and attentive.

I had such a great experience with Jenni L and Noemi! They were both so kind, patient, and helpful in setting up my appointment with the psychiatrist. The process felt smooth and stress-free thanks to their professionalism and care. I really appreciate how attentive they were and how they made sure all my questions were answered. Highly recommend!

The older gentleman medical assistant that takes your vitals, I feel horrible I forgot his name, was very nice and patient with my 8 yr old. His gentle demeanor made made them more relaxed and at ease bc they were very nervous about being there. Dr. Siegel also has that very same demeanor about him also which made the entire visit very pleasant. Although the wait time was a bit much, just saying.

Dr wappinger apparently thinks my skin issues are in my head and wouldn’t even look at my issues. He spent the appointment dragging his wife rather than listen to me. I had a serious skin infection and needed immediate help. Rather than listen to my concerns he brushed off my issues and HAD ME DO MY OWN culture and scrape my feet (clear case of advanced athletes foot. Pitting etc..) Severe athletes food and dermatitis problems that were a major issue for me in my daily life. Im never one to complain but this was egregious. Wasted months for his follow up appointment for him to tell me nothing is wrong. I don’t know if it’s apathy or old age but the guy needs to retire… it is as really important to me to deal with these issue as I was bleeding from my face. Strongly urge you go elsewhere f
