Dr Donaldson in Pocatello did a great job with my son's nose cauterized. But when I referred my 87 yr old mother in a wheel chair and my 22 yr old son back to his office to have their ears cleaned it was a night mare! We got the doctors assistant because Dr. Was not available. Both times we asked the assistant not to to use the metal hook. Both times she did. My mother cried out in pain ouch it hurts! before she used the suction method as we first asked her to do. I also asked her that my son not to have the metal hook as it was apparent that she didn't know how to use it and she still did use it. I kept telling her to use the suction.
