Had the best experience with Dr. Sosa while researching new hearing aids. She spent so much time providing me all the important information that I needed as a new patient. I have never had any doctor or medical professional spend so much time with me or any other patient.She is amazingly skilled in her knowledge of her profession. I felt I am visiting a friend every time I went for my appointment. She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed in her office. She also will not have you wait in her office, if she gives a certain time then rest assured you will be in her office at that time. She is very meticulous in her paperwork as well and will respond very quickly should you have a question. I think by far Dr. Sosa is the best doctor I have come across in my entire life. I highly recommend

I'm not one normally who leaves reviews, but I must say in all honesty that Dr. Sosa/DNC Ears far exceeded my expectations with her expertise and willingness to carefully go over the pros-and-cons of various hearing aid types for my Mother-in-law. I participated in all of the appointments to assist in selecting the best hearing aid, but as it turns out, my help was unnecessary thanks to Dr. Sosa's technical knowledge and ability to explain things in terms we understood. I highly, highly recommend DNC Ears.....you weon't be disappointed.

Dr. Sosa was very patient, professional and informative with me as I searched for my first hearing aids. I had gone to 3 audiologists because of insurance and medical reasons. Dr. Sosa’s examination was by far the most thorough. I learned things about my voice and my hearing that, even at 65, I never knew. She has been checking up on me and I would feel very comfortable calling her with any question or concern.

Dr. Sosa is an excellent patient audiologist who examines patients with extraordinary detail in order to recommend the best and most appropriate hearing aids. i was without hearing aids for three to four months. My home life and business relationships suffered greatly. i contacted Ms. Sosa of DNC Ears through United Healthcare . She was amazing. She didnt take any shortcuts. Before she gave me a hearing test she insisted that I go to an ENT to remove any excess wax. Once that was done she spent hours explaining the different options that i had. When you cant communicate you tend to isolate which is what i did. I am so grateful that I chose DNC Ears and Ms. Sosa.
